Introduction to Pulse Signal Velocity Displacement Dual Display Instrument:

The XF2S-P counting display table is a dual display position counting, control, and display module with seven bit displacement display and five bit speed display. Can be widely applied in the field of industrial control.

The internationally recognized 160 × 80 × 125mm standard chassis features a seven digit 0.6-inch digital display with displacement. Five digit 0.56-inch digital tube display speed.

Input A and input B form a dual input terminal, which can recognize pulse encoder signals with a phase of 90 degrees.

◆ Can input a single switch signal (pulse) for counting (unidirectional) and speed measurement.

◆ Equipped with an external reset terminal, which can be controlled by an external switch to reset.

Set two control values for displacement and velocity, each with two single pole double throw relay outputs, which can be used for control or alarm. Up to 6 relay outputs, customizable.

All relay outputs can be set with automatic delay reset time to achieve automatic delay reset function.

Both displays have peak display function.

Both counting and speed are displayed simultaneously.

◆ Parameter setting password protection function.

The current display value and set value will not be lost in case of power failure.

◆ The magnification can be set to determine the proportional relationship between the input pulse and the displayed value. This item is invalid after calibration.

◆ External sensors: a. Angle and line displacement grating sensors provide 5V (maximum 120mA) and 12V (maximum 100mA) power supply to the sensors. b. The proximity switch or Hall switch can be set to count its pulses, and can be connected to both phases AB and AB.

◆ Counting multiplier: Single multiplier, double multiplier, and quadruple multiplier can be set.

Multi point calibration: Linear calibration can be performed on up to 9 points (excluding the starting zero point). The number of calibration points can be arbitrary from 1-9, and the specific positions of the starting and ending points of each calibration segment can also be arbitrary (except for the starting zero point).

Input filtering: It can filter input errors or interference signals to varying degrees and can be set.

◆ It has 485 communication function. The communication baud rate can be set, with a default of 9600bps. There are 8 data bits and 1 stop bit without a checksum. The upper computer can read various measurement data and modify all setting parameters except for the parameter protection password at any time. Please refer to the communication protocol for details.

◆ One master, multiple followers: One instrument collects signals, and multiple instruments display synchronously; If any instrument changes its settings, all instruments will be updated synchronously. Technical Parameter
